Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse, NY is seeking a dedicated Weekend Warrior LPN to provide exceptional care to our residents on weekends. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to addressing residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs in a stable, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, serving as charge nurse, participating in care planning, and reporting to the nurse manager.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN Practical Nurse License.
• CPR Certification.
• New Graduates are welcome to apply; no experience necessary.

Weekend Warrior LPN

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 513-bed skilled nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Warrior LPN to join our team. As a Weekend Warrior LPN, you will provide exceptional care to our residents while working weekends. Our professional team of caregivers focuses on each resident as a whole person, encompassing their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
