Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a weekend LPN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for residents in Plattsburg, Missouri. The full-time position offers Fri–Sun shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am and an additional Fri–Sun 6:00 am to 6:00 pm option.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, with benefits including health, dental, disability and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off, and access to telemedicine and Mayo Clinic programs.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required.
• Caring approach and ability to work well with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings.
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
