Home Health Care, Inc. in the Twin Cities area is seeking an LPN Visit Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will drive to visits within about a 35-mile radius, delivering personalized care in the community.

This full-time role offers $30-$38 per visit, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
• Ability to travel to patients within approximately a 35-mile radius.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver''s license and current auto insurance.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Your patient visits will be scheduled within approximately a 35-mile radius of your home, allowing you to serve patients in communities closer to where you already live.
