Vermillion Convalescent Center in Clinton, Indiana, is seeking licensed nurses to join our care team. Nurses provide direct and indirect nursing care as prescribed by physicians, ensuring that care aligns with facility standards and regulations governing federal and state rules.

Licensed nurses must be able to assess residents and help develop and implement each plan of care. The ideal candidate will have Indiana RN licensure, plus preferred experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with Indiana RN license.
Prefer at least one year of long-term care experience.
Ability to lift and stand for extended periods, with good health.
Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage nursing personnel on the unit.
Provide total care for residents and supervise direct care staff.
Review daily assignments to ensure duties match training.
Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents.
