Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with Indiana RN license in good standing.
- Prefer at least one year of Long Term Care experience.
- Ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Supervise/manage personnel on the unit.
- Provide total care for all residents on the unit.
- Review daily nursing assignments for proper alignment with training.
- Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit.
