Job summary

Vermillion Convalescent Center in Clinton, Indiana seeks Licensed Nurses to supervise staff, provide direct and indirect nursing care, and implement each resident's care plan consistent with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Indiana nursing license in good standing.
• Prefer at least one year in Long Term Care.
• Must be able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage personnel on the unit.
• Provide total care for all residents on the unit and supervise direct care staff.
• Review daily nursing assignments to ensure duties match abilities and training.
• Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit.
