American Senior Communities in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an LPN Unit Manager to lead nursing services on a designated unit. You will coordinate resident care, assign duties, and support staff to ensure care plans are implemented consistently across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two years nursing experience providing direct care in long-term or geriatric settings.
• One-year supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
• Current active state licensure as RN and/or LPN.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident care by developing and distributing written nursing assignments for unit staff.
• Describes care plan goals to direct staff and ensures continuity across shifts.
• Monitors delivery of care and documentation to meet quality standards.
• Onboards new teammates and supports positive teamwork.
