Job summary

WellBridge of Clarkston is seeking a Unit Manager to coordinate the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation, ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
Current LPN Practical Nurse license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.
Strong analytical ability to prepare care plans, implement nursing care and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Supervise the nursing team, give direction and assignments, and provide training.
Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
Instruct the team on skilled care processes and act as a clinical resource.
Ensure completion of reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
