Qualifications

• Requires current active state RN/LPN license
• Two years of nursing experience in long-term, acute, restorative or geriatric care
• One year of supervisory/management experience with direct care staff

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care by developing and distributing written nursing assignments for unit staff.
• Describe care plan goals to direct staff and ensure consistent implementation across shifts.
• Monitor delivery of care and ensure accurate resident documentation and quality of care.
