Job summary

WellBridge of Clarkston is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care on an assigned unit within a 24-hour facility operation. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, assess resident needs, and implement care with the latest technologies to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan - (RN) License; CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement nursing care and rehab, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and act as a resource for clinical issues.
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, e.g., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors.
