Job summary

Wellbridge of Pinckney is seeking an Unit Manager RN for the 2nd shift to lead a nursing team in a 24-hour care setting. The role coordinates clinical care on an assigned unit and leverages technology and a strong interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, resident-centered care.

The position offers a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 annually, with yearly increases and opportunities for advancement within The Wellbridge Group.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care or Supervisory experience.
Current Michigan RN License and CPR certification.
Strong analytical skills to develop care plans and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Supervise the nursing team with directions, training, recognition and evaluations.
Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
Ensure timely completion of reports (infection control, quality management, etc).
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
