WellBridge of Clarkston in Clarkston, MI, is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care on a 24-hour unit and ensure high-quality resident care. You will lead an interdisciplinary team and apply the latest practice to supervise care and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team, assign directions, provide training, and support evaluations.
• Conduct rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team on skilled care processes and act as a clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality mgmt).

How you will help people every day:

• You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan - (RN) License; current CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
