CareRite Centers, LLC's Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN Unit Manager to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily operations.

The role requires an active LPN license, 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and flexibility for evenings/nights/weekends. You will perform administrative tasks, ensure QA, and coordinate nursing services to maintain high quality resident care.

Qualificações

• Must have an active LPN license for the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing unit.

• Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and government agencies.
• Remain knowledgeable of nursing practices and regulations governing long-term care.

LPN Unit Manager

The Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking to hire a LPN Unit Manager to join their team.

Job Description

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary
• Day to Day Supervision of Licensed and Non-Licensed staff, including counseling/disciplinary action, evaluations, one-to-one in service, suspension/terminations
• Maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing unit
• Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents total regimen of care
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license for the state of practice.
• 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility preferred
• Completion of post-secondary education and be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as requires.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish this position.
• Must be able to adjust to a flexible schedule to include evenings, nights and weekend work hours.
