Greer Community Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager in Greer, SC. This full-time leadership role oversees the nursing unit, ensures high-quality resident care, and partners with the Director of Nursing to maintain regulatory compliance and staff development.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000–$80,000 annually, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement across our SC network.

Qualificações

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous leadership or management experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, implementing, and directing day-to-day nursing operations.
• Oversee clinical care delivery within the unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely interventions.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with facility policies.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff regarding care concerns.
