Job summary

South Carolina Health Care Association seeks an experienced LPN in a supervisory role to lead licensed and non-professional nursing staff in daily resident care. This position drives policy implementation, quality assurance, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare facility located in South Carolina.

The role requires valid LPN licensure, 2–4 years of nursing program education, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Two-to-four-year nursing program certificate from an accredited college or university.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience.
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates medical, nursing and administrative staffs and services.
• Implements and communicates policies and procedures for various departments.
• Conducts regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care.
• Ensures facility compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Directs hiring and training of personnel.
• Maintains CES’s Quality Assurance standards.
• Develops and implements a marketing strategy for the facility.
