Fundamental in Summerville, SC is seeking a Unit Manager RN/LPN to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. The role focuses on supervising the nursing team, coaching staff, and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and patients.

This full-time position follows an 8:00am - 4:30pm schedule. Candidates must hold an active LPN license, have supervisory experience, and demonstrate a stable work history and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must have stable work history and leadership ability.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to patients and families.
• Create and maintain positive employee relationships within the unit.
