Qualifications

Skilled Nursing Care Includes but not limited to:

Requirements:

• Hawaii LPN or RN license

• TB clearance and 2-step TB test history
• Criminal background check

Upon hire, two valid IDs are required for I-9 compliance. Applicants willing to work at a Nurse Aide level may apply accordingly. Compensation varies based on the level of work.
