Qualificações

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in aging services or long-term care is preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assign duties to nursing assistants based on resident needs and staffing.
• Observe, record, and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Notify physicians of changes and verify orders as needed.
• Monitor medication carts and narcotics per policy, and transcribe orders to MAR.
• Complete laboratory requests as ordered.
