Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care and administers medications.
• Assigns duties to nursing assistants based on residents' needs.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition.
• Notifies physicians as needed and verifies orders.
• Monitors medication rooms and disposes of expired meds per policy.
• Transcribes physician orders to MAR and completes labs.
