Job summary

Asbury Grace Park in Stroudsburg, PA, is hiring for a Full-Time LPN Day Shift (7am-3:30pm). Earn $34/hr delivering patient care, medication passes, and coordinating with nursing leadership to ensure safety and quality. You will orient and support Certified Medication Technicians and Personal Care Assistants.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year experience in medical/surgical, rehab or geriatric nursing.
• General working knowledge of the aging services industry.
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure medications are administered as ordered and treatments are provided as scheduled.
• Informs resident or responsible party of benefits and side effects of medications and treatments.
• Performs essential medication management functions such as medication cart audits and documentation.
• Works closely with Director of Nursing and MD on administrative tasks, ensuring resident safety and regulatory compliance.
• Orients and assists Certified Medication Technicians and Personal Care Assistants.
