Job summary

Asbury Grace Park in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking an LPN to join our caring team. You will perform medication passes, educate residents on medications, and support nursing leadership to ensure safe, regulated care.

Ideal candidates hold PA LPN licensure with CPR certification and at least 1 year in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatric nursing. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum one year experience in medical/surgical, rehab or geriatric nursing.
General working knowledge of the aging services industry.
Proven supervisory and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Completes medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure medications are administered as ordered and treatments are provided as scheduled.
Informs resident or responsible party of benefits and side effects of medications and treatments.
Performs essential medication management functions such as medication cart audits and documentation.
Works closely with Director of Nursing and MD on administrative tasks, ensuring resident safety and regulatory compliance.
Orients and assists Certified Medication Technicians and Personal Care Assistants.
