Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania or eligible to practice in PA.
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to care for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to residents through prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assigns duties to nursing assistants based on residents' needs.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' conditions.
• Notifies physicians regarding changes in condition or orders as needed.
• Monitors medication cart, nurse station and narcotics per policy.
