Seneca Health Care Center in West Seneca, NY is seeking an LPN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, support quality resident care, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations. This full-time role offers a $32–$34 per hour rate and a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, with a Monday–Friday schedule (3 pm–11 pm).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Current NYS LPN License required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure documentation and communication occur.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control practices, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care, treatments, and clinical outcomes.
• Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident care needs to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
