Job summary

CareOne is seeking a Weekend Supervisor for Peabody, MA to oversee nursing operations on weekends and ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure active or in progress.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related health care setting.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in nursing or approved RN program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day nursing activities during the assigned tour.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations and facility policies.
• Represent administration in the facility in the absence of nursing/administrative leadership.
• Delegate administrative authority and accountability as required.

Weekend Supervisor – Peabody, MA

$45.00 to $48.00

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s)

• Responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
• Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Serve as Administration's representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator.
• Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.

Position Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or and accredited RN program is preferred. or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN
