CareOne in Brookline, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support long-term care, short-term rehab and skilled nursing services. All shifts are available as full-time, part-time, per diem or weekends, with compensation based on experience.

Min $35/hr, max $49/hr. The role involves coordinating nursing care per individualized plans and supervising nursing staff, while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Position Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.

Position Requirements

• Education Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
• Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
