Job summary

CareOne seeks a Weekend or 3-11 Shift RN Supervisor in Beverly, MA. This role oversees nursing activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports top-level administration in their absence.

You will coordinate daily patient care, supervise licensed staff, and uphold CareOne's commitment to quality, safety, and compassionate service within a Skilled Nursing setting. Part-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in nursing (AD/BSc) or RN program graduate with active licensure.
• Minimum 1+ year supervision experience in health care facility.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of federal regulations preferred.
• Active RN or LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations and facility policies.
• Represent administration in the absence of Nursing Director/Administrator.
• Delegate administrative authority as needed.

$45.00 to $48.00

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s)

RN Supervisor

will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
• Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Serve as Administration's representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator.
• Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.

Position Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or and accredited RN program is preferred. or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN
