Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent.
• Current LPN licensure in MA and/or RI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care duties including medication administration and patient/family teaching.
• Conduct testing and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and protocols.
• Utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) to update or access patient information.
• Provide care appropriate to the age group of patients served.
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other patient-care teams to maintain professional standards.
