Southcoast Health is seeking an Imaging Assistant I for Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. This per diem role involves flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with on-site duties across radiology imaging tasks.

You will assist with patient exams, transport, and prep, while supporting documentation, supplies, and quality projects as needed. A high school diploma and CPR are required soon after hire.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care.
• Proficiency with hospital computer systems and office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care including transport, histories, and preparing exams.
• Assist patients on and off imaging table and explain delays.
• Process requisitions, review schedules, retrieve outside images.
• Control inventory and assist with quality assurance and education projects.
