Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an RN Imaging Services at St. Luke's Hospital, New Bedford, MA. The role includes day shifts with on-call rotation, focusing on nursing care during imaging procedures and patient monitoring. A $3,000 new hire sign-on is offered for 2+ years of RN imaging experience.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and MA RN licensure are required, with ACLS and IV certifications. Compensation will be based on experience; benefits and retirement plans are provided.

We are searching for a talented RN Imaging Services

*$3,000 New Hire Sign On with 2+ years of RN Imaging Services experience. Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible*

*Hours: 24hrs

*Shift: Day shift with On Call rotation (weeknights, weekends and holiday)

*Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform nursing care and related activities as required (i.e., vital signs, IV*s oxygen function). Administer medication, sedation, contrast media etc. Assist and monitor patients during invasive/high risk procedures. Conduct various education programs to patients, staff and ancillary personnel. Maintain and monitor equipment and supplies pertaining to emergency patient care.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required with a current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and IV certification are required.
• Current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
