Qualifications

• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs and monitor outcomes of care.
• Adheres to evidence-based interventions to ensure optimum outcomes for patients.
• Maintains accountability in a primary nursing model with RN oversight of assessment and care planning.
• Documents care in EMR and initiates necessary reports.
• Delegates and supervises care delivered by nursing assistants; participates in governance and quality improvement.
• May have charge nurse responsibilities with RN oversight, including rounds and supervision.
