Qualifications

• A graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Current Massachusetts license as an LPN in good standing.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Understand the philosophy and support the model of care at HRC required.
• Professional, proactive, collaborative, conscientious, and results-oriented personality.
• Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all care delivered is within the scope and established standards of safe professional nursing practice with core care competencies.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to meet clinical needs and monitor outcomes.
• Documents care delivered in EMR and maintains HIPAA compliance.
• May assume charge nurse responsibilities with RN oversight.
• Participates in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
