Job summary

Vierra Falls Church, a Vierra Communities property, is seeking an LPN to join our nursing services team on the 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule. This full-time role reports to the facility leadership and focuses on quality resident care in a skilled nursing environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, CPR/BLS, and 1–2 years of long-term care experience; English literacy is required. Benefits include PTO, health plans, 401(k) with match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted LPN license
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• 1–2 years experience in skilled nursing preferred
• Long term care experience preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed care staff
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate residents' health and wellness needs
• Collaborate with family members and physicians to address residents' needs
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
