Job summary

Vierra Communities, Woodside Rehab & Nursing in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, patient-centered team. This full-time, non-exempt position provides direct resident care and coordinates with the health team to meet residents' wellness needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, active LPN license, CPR/BLS, and 1–2 years in skilled nursing. Proficiency with HRIS and timekeeping software and fluency in English are expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Active LPN license is required and CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed care staff.
Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance in care delivery.
Coordinate residents' health and wellness needs with the care team.
Collaborate with families and physicians to personalize care.
