Qualifications

• Directs the daily activities of the licensed practical/vocational nurse and CNAs.
• Follow the nursing model to promote holistic care for residents.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as ordered.
• Perform wound care and other skilled nursing tasks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication.
• Participate in surveys, QAPI activities and quality improvement.
