Job summary
Spokane Health & Rehab in Spokane, WA is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full- and part-time and PRN positions. Shifts available include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. Rate of pay ranges from $38.00 to $43.45 per hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the applicable state.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Prior LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome
- Positive attitude, reliability and strong clinical judgment
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, orders and policies.
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort and safety.
- Monitor vital signs and wound care as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and regulations.
- Coach and mentor staff as needed.
