You will work with a supportive team to monitor health, document changes, coordinate with families and physicians, and mentor junior staff while upholding state regulations and safety

Qualifikationen

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Minimum of 1–2 years nursing experience; elderly care preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Observe and report changes to care team per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management.
• Respond to emergencies and protect resident safety.
