Job summary

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring a temporary full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Center team. The assignment is expected to last about 3 to 4 months, with potential to transition to a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, every other weekend. Base pay ranges from $31–$35 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and enjoy competitive

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of application.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in the Health Center.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and ensure accountability for resident care.

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a full-time Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Center team!

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a temporary full-time LPN to support our team. This assignment is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months, although the duration may be shorter or longer based on organizational needs. This position also offers the potential to transition into a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs.
