Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a part-time LVN/LPN at Spring Mill Pointe in Lafayette Hill, PA. You will deliver nursing care following our philosophy of person-directed care and support residents' daily life rhythm.

The role requires in-state licensure, CPR certification, and prior nursing experience; new grads are welcome. Schedule is 7pm–7am with every other weekend and holiday rotations. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour and includes strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN in the state applying
• CPR certification required
• Prior nursing experience preferred (senior/ skilled/post-acute)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a resident‑centered environment.
• Coordinate assignments with care partners and accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
• Support safety and health in daily resident life and activities.
