Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and provide compassionate care to residents. This part-time role offers a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule with compensation of $30–$35.50 per hour, DOE.

Join us at The Terraces of Phoenix to support residents and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a vibrant senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• PointClickCare (PCC) software experience.
• Minimum 6 Mos. experience in Skilled Nursing (current or recent).
• Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

• Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure excellent resident care.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

** Part-Time ** 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ** $30 - $35.50/hr. (DOE)
** Schedule: Week 1 Monday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2 Sunday, Thursday, Friday

In this role, you will:
