Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide licensed nursing services to residents in a compassionate, team-based environment.

You will administer medications, participate in admissions and care planning, and ensure accurate documentation while following state and federal regulations. A current LPN license in Ohio and CPR certification are required, with at least 1 year in senior care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice (Ohio).
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration for residents in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
• May assist with admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and implement care plans or service plans as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting as required.
• Coordinate with physicians and family members regarding patient health changes.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and communicate with team.
• Provide educational sessions for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality care.
