Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our assisted living community in West Chester, Ohio. This part-time, PRN role involves medication administration, resident assessments, and care planning under state and federal guidelines.

The LPN will monitor health conditions, coordinate with physicians and families, and support a safe, compassionate environment for residents. CPR certification is required; English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse program completion or equivalent.
• Appropriate licensure and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle guidelines.
• Conduct admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Develop or contribute to acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) as directed.
• Provide health-related consultations within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or families of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Collaborate with departments and staff; assist with discharges and documentation as needed.
• Educate residents and staff on health topics; maintain confidentiality.
