Senior Lifestyle in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide licensed nursing services to residents, ensuring compliance with Federal & State regulations and company guidelines.

You will administer medications, participate in admissions, develop care plans, monitor health changes, and collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain high-quality resident care in a calm, compassionate manner.

Qualifications

LPN license current in the practicing state; CPR certification required.
Graduate from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
1+ years of experience in senior care or related field.
English proficiency to communicate with staff and handle emergencies.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Medication administration in compliance with Federal and State regulations and company guidelines.
Admissions of new residents including assessments and documentation.
Complete acute and long-term care or service plans.
Clinical system tracking under director supervision.
Provide health-related consultation within the community.
Notify physicians and/or family of health changes with proper documentation.
Respond quickly to emergencies.
Maintain communication with departments and staff.
Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
Understand role in Safety and Disaster Plan.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
