Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for 7PM-11PM shifts in Cincinnati. The role involves administering medications and supporting residents with health needs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Collaboration with a dedicated care team is essential to deliver high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, CPR certification, and prior senior care experience.

Competenze

• Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in senior care or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with federal/state regulations and guidelines.
• May assist with admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care/service plans under supervision.
• Communicate health changes to physicians and family members; document appropriately.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; participate in required training and staff meetings.
