• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal & State regulations and company guidelines.
• May assist with admissions, including assessments and documentation.
• Develop and monitor acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation and track relevant data as directed by the director.
• Provide health-related consultations and promptly notify physicians or family members of changes.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and communicate effectively with staff.
