Job summary

Clarendale of Addison is seeking a hospitality-minded LPN/RN to join our team in Addison, IL. This part-time overnight shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am) includes weekends every other weekend, with starting pay of $33.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour weekend differential, commensurate with experience.

You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants, and participate in care planning and reporting. Recent nursing grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and monitor care plans and re-assess residents.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services concerning conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
