Clarendale of Addison is seeking an experienced Quality of Life specialist/Caregiver to work the overnight shift, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, in Addison, IL. You will provide personal care and support residents with daily activities in a warm, hospitality-driven atmosphere.

The role requires compassion, attention to safety, and a professional demeanor while assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. A PCA certificate or CNA license is preferred; benefits include health insurance and PTO.

• Assist residents with meals, bed making, laundry and mobility per policy.
• PCA certificate or CNA license preferred.

• Provide high-quality personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinent care.
• Make beds, turn down, and change linens as scheduled.
• Complete resident laundry and assist with meals and feeding.
• Assist residents during meals and encourage eating.

This role will perform various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of the residents.

Full-time Overnights 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Starting at: $17.50/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Make all beds as needed in A.M., turn down as needed in P.M. and change bed linens once each week or PRN.
• Complete resident’s personal laundry as assigned.
• Assist residents with meal time. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Utilize special programs components offered by the community.
• Promote a calm atmosphere.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, and report to nursing supervisor.
• Report to nurse on duty and Director of Health Services all unusual behavior of resident (changing of status).

PCA certificate or CNA License (preferred)
