Clarendale of Mokena is seeking a hospitality-focused RN or LPN to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

We offer benefits including health insurance, discounted meals, flexible schedule, PTO, and more. Typical shifts are 3 (12-hour) shifts per week with every other weekend; full-time day or night options available.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Current CPR card required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and develop/reassess care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on conditions and needs.

Clarendale of Mokena is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN or LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN or LPN (Required)
• Current CPR card (Required)
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

Salary: $34.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mokena, IL 60448: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
