Job summary

Cedargate Health Care Center seeks compassionate LPN/RN for PRN night shifts in Missouri. You will conduct assessments, document findings, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and medications while leading CNAs and CMTs in a care-focused environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, integrity, and competence to support residents and the care team during night hours.

Qualifications

• LPN/RN licensure required.
• PRN night shift availability.
• Demonstrated caring, empathy, and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings.
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
