American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a compassionate LPN/RN for PRN night shift to support residents with empathetic, patient-centered care. The role requires readiness to lead CNAs and CMTs, follow established protocols, and ensure high-quality documentation and patient safety.

Responsibilities include admissions, ongoing assessments, wound care, and discharge coordination, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adaptability in a night-shift environment.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, dressings as needed.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring facility protocol compliance.
• Respond to emergencies effectively.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
