American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to care for residents with empathy and a patient-focused approach. The role includes assessments, admission and discharge duties, wound care, and supervision of CNAs and CMTs.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate integrity, strong work ethic, and competence. Candidates must hold an active LPN license and be able to follow facility protocols in a fast-paced setting.

• Conduct assessments, document findings and report changes.
• Complete admission duties including MAR, TAR, POS and orders.
• Manage discharges with charting and transportation coordination.
• Provide wound care following protocols and dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs to ensure protocol compliance.
• Respond effectively to emergencies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies

• Respond effectively to emergency situations
